I allow up to 25% inspiration from my style. DO NOT try to replicate any of my works. I only allow inspo off of my style.

I have the right to decline, cancel and put your order on pause when I see fit.

Everything is 100% hand drawn, I’ll not use anything premade (unless it’s a render/model/character). If requesting to use a premade asset, please provide proof that it is okay for commercial use and the artists user.

All graphics will be made in my own unique style (you can not ask for a style change to match what you want).

Communication for updates, delivery, and details will be through discord or VGen. Twitter or Instagram DMs also work but replies will be slow.

100% refunds & cancellations allowed if I have not started the commission / sent updates yet. Partial refunds available after I send sketch. No refunds will be issued after sketch stage but you can still cancel.

Full refunds available if there is 3 months of inactivity on the commission. Please reach out to me if this is the case.

UP TO 3 REVISIONS per graphic. Skeb orders do not come with any revisions.

WIPS will be provided. I will show you many work in progresses of your commission and you can give me feedback for changes! Does not include skeb commissions.

Additional revisions can be purchased through add-ons.

Revisions do not count if it was my mistake.

DO NOT rush me. Feel free to ask for updates though! I appreciate when clients check in on the progress!

Purchase a rush commission for faster delivery. Delivery is guaranteed within the purchased dates for rush order, otherwise all commissions are expected to be completed within 3 months assuming you have not purchased a rush commission.

If commission takes longer than 3 months, refunds can be issued or and extra gift can be added onto the order

All files are PNGs (transparent when needed).

PSD (layer file) can be requested (works with IBIS PAINT X). Individual objects within the overlay can be sent separately if requested as well.

All graphics created on IBIS PAINT X. Final delivery through VGen / Google Drive Folder.

All work is personal use unless you have purchased the monetized content or commercial merchandising license.

I am allowed to use this commissioned work as an example in my portfolio and post it on my social media.

Posting it a later date can be negotiated if this is part of a planned surprise reveal. NDA / no post is an additional charge.

Any and all work created by me, koyufishy, is my work work and therefore you can not claim it as yours.

DO NOT use my work to train AI models, sell for merchandising (without proper purchase of licenses, or to impersonate me.
